Throughout his career Bob has worked as an Asset Manager for an institutional real estate advisory firm in Boston, Development Coordinator in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit arena, Director of Planning & Neighborhood Development, City of Lansing, MI, and real estate advisor.  Bob graduated from Northeastern University, Boston where he obtained an MBA in Finance, and upon graduation joined Copley Real Estate Advisors where he managed a portfolio of nearly $300 million in real estate assets, a mix of office and industrial, primarily located in Chicago and Dallas.  Bob also served as the Cool Cities Program Manager, State of Michigan during Gov. Granholm’s administration.  While at the State of Michigan Bob was instrumental in bringing forward the Michigan Land Bank Fast Track Authority, which Gov. Granholm signed into law December 2003.

Lastly, during his 12 year tenure as Director of PNDD, Bob led the charge to bring forward the City’s first Comprehensive Master Plan in nearly 30 years, the plan was adopted by the City Council April 2012.  Married for 31 years to his lovely wife, Suki, and together they are the proud parents of Travis, Trent and Devani.  Having served on numerous committees and boards over the years, Bob is also privileged to have served our great nation as an infantryman in the US Army Reserves.
