After spending 16 years with two global commercial real estate companies, Loren co-founded Pike Street Properties. Loren aligns real estate holdings with business strategy to create a positive impact on corporate goals. His experience is concentrated in development, redevelopment, and transaction management. At Pike Street, Loren delivers comprehensive advisory services. This includes leasing, lease vs. own analysis, acquisition, and sale-leaseback. Since 2001, Loren has been involved in more than 170 transactions valued at approximately $800 million. Loren holds a BA in Public Administration from Michigan State University. Outside the office, Loren is an avid Squash player, mountain biker, and snowboarder.
